If your site is built on another platform, we can’t refresh it directly. In those cases, we recommend starting fresh with a Squarespace build so everything is set up cleanly, works properly, and is easy for you to manage moving forward. Don’t worry, we can take everything you love from your existing site and merge it over for you.
